Let's delve into the four pivotal stages that define the lifecycle of our workflow: Payment, ticket creation, task develop, task validation and task approved.

The process kicks off with the Payment stage, where clients initiate their transactions securely. This step ensures a smooth onboarding experience, granting them access to the subsequent phases. Once the payment is confirmed, clients are granted, empowering them to engage with our collaborative platform.

Priorities and follow-up

Applying Priority is the next critical step, allowing us to allocate resources effectively. Clients are encouraged to prioritize their tasks based on urgency, enabling our team to address high-priority items promptly. This strategic approach enhances productivity and ensures that critical issues receive the attention they deserve. Only the in progress task not can change of priority.

Clients have the flexibility to track project progress at their convenience. This platform allows them to view and monitor tasks in three key stages: tasks created, task in progress and tasks completed.

In addition, all our communication is asynchronous, ensuring flexibility and efficiency. Clients can engage with us through tickets, email or by sending videos using the Loom tool. This asynchronous communication approach allows for seamless interactions, enabling clients to connect with us on their own schedule and providing a variety of channels for effective collaboration.

Our goal is to create a fully asynchronous communication tool that allows our customers to better document the processes to be developed.

Validation and close task

After the completion of tasks, the Validation phase is crucial in maintaining our commitment to quality. Tasks are thoroughly reviewed to ensure they meet the predefined criteria and align with client expectations. Only after rigorous validation is the task marked as complete, culminating in the closing phase.

Our payment structure is designed for convenience and flexibility, offering clients the option of recurring payments to streamline their engagement with our services. However, we prioritize transparency and client autonomy. Should a client wish to discontinue their recurring payment at any point, they have the freedom to do so, and the process is straightforward. Importantly, the cancellation of a recurring payment doesn't just impact the financial aspect but also puts a temporary halt to any ongoing tasks. This ensures that clients have control over their financial commitments while allowing us to align our efforts with their preferences, creating a symbiotic relationship where both parties are empowered to make decisions that best suit their needs.
